Due to sustained growth and a pipeline of major infrastructure and complex disputes work, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel with strong back‐end construction litigation expertise

ork. The team places a strong emphasis on ongoing professional development and would actively support, including funding, the successful candidate to undertake the Master of Construction Law at the University of Melbo

This role is suited to a senior practitioner ready to operate with autonomy and influence. Depending on level (Senior Associate or Special Counsel), responsibilities will in

sputesAdvising on complex contractual, statutory and risk

issuesDrafting high‐quality advice, pleadings and submi
