About the role

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Bar man to join our team at cucinetta' in Woolwich with a brand new bar facility. This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious drinks which you’ll Be in charge of

What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
Create classic Italian drinks Menu
Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times
Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
Assisting with inventory management and stock ordering
Supporting the management team as required

What we're looking for
At least 3 years of bar experience in a similar role
A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages




Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
