Job Description
This is asenior leadership role responsible for designing and delivering theorganisational change strategy across a large, business-critical SAPimplementation.
Workingalongside the Program Manager, Project Managers, Functional Leads andBusinessLeadership,you will ensure the organisation is prepared, engaged and capableof successfully adopting new businessprocesses,technologyandwaysof working.
Thesuccessful candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise changewithin SAP programs and be comfortable operating at both executive andoperational levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the end-to-endOrganisational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
ProduceandmaintaintheChange Management Plan throughout the projectlifecycle.
Define the business readinessframework and adoption strategy.
Identifyorganisationalimpactsacross people,processand technology.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships withExecutive Sponsors and senior business leaders.




Develop stakeholder engagementplans for all impacted business groups.
Facilitate executive workshopsand leadership alignment sessions.
Manage stakeholder resistanceand organisational risks.
Change Impact Assessment
Lead detailed change impactassessments across all business functions.
Work closely with SAPFunctional Consultants to understand process changes.
Identifyimpacts toroles,responsibilities,governanceandoperating models.
Maintain change impactregisters and mitigation plans.
Communications
Develop and execute thecommunications strategy.
Prepareexecutivecommunications,newsletters, townhallsand leadershipupdates.
Ensuremessagingremainsconsistentthroughout the program.
Support business leaders incommunicating change within their teams.
Business Readiness
Develop business readinesscriteria.
Monitororganisationalreadinessthroughout the implementation.
Coordinatereadinessassessmentsprior to each deployment milestone.
Ensure business areas areprepared for testing, cutover and go-live.
Training Enablement
Work with Training Leads todevelop the training strategy.
Ensure training aligns tobusiness processes and user roles.
Support Train-the-Traineractivities.
Measure training effectivenessand adoption.




Develop adoption metrics andsuccess measures.
Identifyadoption gaps andimplement reinforcement activities.
Leadership Coaching
Coach senior leaders throughthe change journey.
Equip managers to becomeeffective change leaders.
Facilitateleadershipengagementsessions.
Governance & Reporting
ReportchangeprogresstoSteering Committees.
Presentorganisationalreadinessupdates.
Managechangerisks,issuesanddependencies.
Ensure change activities alignwith overall project governance.
Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience inOrganisational Change Management.
Proven experience leadingchange on multiple SAP transformation programs.
DemonstratedexperiencedeliveringSAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Experience supporting largeenterprise business transformations.
Solid understanding ofERP-enabled business process transformation.
Experience working acrossFinance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CorporateServices.
Experience working withExecutive Sponsors and Steering Committees.
Strong facilitation andworkshop leadership skills.
Excellent written andverbalcommunicationskills.
Experience working withincomplex multi-vendor delivery environments.
SAP S/4HANA PublicCloudimplementationexperience.
Manufacturing, Industrial orSupply Chain industry experience.
Experience with agile andhybrid delivery methodologies.
Business processimprovementexperience.
BPMN or process mappingknowledge.
Experience with Microsoft 365collaboration tools.
