CTO / Head of Engineering - .NET / Azure

If you're one of Brisbane's genuinely hands-on technology leaders with a C# / .NET background, there's a valuable chance we should know each other.
n
We're currently recruiting three CTO-level technology roles at the same time.
n
Three different companies. Three different industries.
n
SaaS / Product. FinTech. eGaming.
n
Yet all three are looking for a surprisingly similar person.
n
Someone who started their career building software, became an excellent engineer, moved into architecture and leadership — but never became completely disconnected from the technology.
n
These aren't "manage the managers" CTO roles.
n
You'll be expected to set technology strategy, make architecture decisions, build and develop engineering teams, work closely with CEOs and product leaders and make technology decisions that have real commercial consequences.
n
But you'll also remain close enough to the technology to get your hands dirty.
n




We're particularly interested in people with depth across C# / .NET, Azure, SaaS/cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, DevOps and modern software architecture.
n
Experience modernising legacy platforms, building AI into products and engineering workflows, or scaling technology teams will get our attention.
n
You might already be a CTO.
n
You could equally be a Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, Technical Director, Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager who's ready for the next step.
