KT3 Kitchens QLD manufactures custom cabinetry for some of Queensland's biggest retailers. We're part of the Farquhar Group, a family-owned Australian manufacturing group running since ****, so the work is stable and the business is growing.

Start at Level 5: Qualified Cabinet Maker: $*****/hr.
n
Up to $400 quarterly bonus (an extra $1,600 a year): $200 for meeting your individual Safety & Reliability standards, plus $200 when the team hits production targets.
n
Transparent career roadmap: The 8-level pathway runs from New Starter through Trade Equivalent and into leadership roles like 2IC and Supervisor. Your pay increases as your skills do!

The Role
n
You'll be on the factory floor doing the final assembly and finishing off custom cabinetry. Your day-to-day will involve:
n
n
Final assembly and finishing off using hand and power tools.
n
Interpreting job sheets and production drawings accurately.
n
Applying advanced CNC techniques and intermediate CAD/CAM skills.
n
Quality adjustments, alignment checks, and rework for a perfect finish before dispatch.
n
Collaborating with your team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
n
Keeping a clean, safe, and WHS-compliant workspace.
n

What We're Looking For
n
We are open to different experience levels, but ideally, you bring:
n
n
A Cabinet Making trade qualification (for Level 5), or solid hands-on experience in assembly and joinery fit-off.
n
Confidence operating cabinet-making machinery and hand/power tools.
n
A sharp eye for detail - you take pride in premium quality and read drawings accurately.
n
A problem-solving mindset - you spot defects early and love getting it "right the first time".
n
Reliable and safety-focused: on-time every shift, complying with WHS, and wearing PPE correctly
