About You
n
We are seeking an experienced aged care leader who combines strong operational and commercial capability with exceptional customer service and people leadership skills.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Previous General Manager experience within residential aged care, highly regarded
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable senior aged care leadership role for non-clinical applicants
n
Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
n
Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance
n
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong commercial and financial acumenProven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
n
Solid organisational and computer skills
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
Ability to complete the required background checks
