Role Summary

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Service Technician to join a professional and safety-focused team in Brisbane. This role suits a trade-qualified technician with strong diagnostic capability who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service across heavy equipment in a workshop and field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
n

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment
n
Accurately record all work completed, including parts usage and labour time
n
Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure tools and equipment are cared for correctly
n
Work closely with team members and customers to identify service needs and provide solutions
n
Follow all safety procedures and represent the organisation professionally on-site
n
Deliver reliable technical support and customer service
n
Contribute to a culture of safety,



innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or equivalent
n
Hands‐on experience with heavy diesel equipment, including major repairs and overhauls
n
Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, hydraulic, and IT systems
n
Excellent communication skills with a customer‐focused approach
n
Valid driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
n
Safety‐conscious, solutions‐focused, and proactive work style
n
Relevant certifications or licences (to be confirmed during recruitment process)
