Work directly with highly engaged private clients, business owners and their professional advisers.
Just 5.5 billable hours per day with a lucrative bonus structure where you could earn up to 40% of your annual salary!
About your recent employer:

The firmboasts the client base and high-end transactions of a larger firm, whilst preserving its unique culture and dedication to providing clients with tailored legal advice.
About the role:
Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.
Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A; transactions.
Working on matters involving property investment,



development and finance.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.
Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.
The ideal candidate:
Have 3-5 years PQE, with strong experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.
Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail.
Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.
Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.
