SuperGreen Solutions TSV is a locally owned renewable energy company proudly servicing North Queensland.
We work with builders, developers and homeowners to deliver quality solar and energy solutions — and we're continuing to grow steadily.
We're looking for a capable, organised and proactive Scheduling Administration Officer to join our fast-paced solar team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong administration skills and enjoys coordinating with builders, supervisors, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling upcoming solar installations with builders, site supervisors and retail clients
Liaising with clients daily to provide updates, answer enquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the installation process
Raising purchase orders, quotes and invoices (Using Xero account management software)
Processing Ergon and Formbay rebate applications
Ordering stock, materials and assisting with stocktake
General administrative duties including answering phones and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Supporting the team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience in any of the following; scheduling, administration, construction, electrical or renewable energy industry roles (Minimum 2 years)
Have experience using Xero or other account management software (Highly regarded, not essential)
Have robust computer skills (Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office programs will be highly regarded)
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills and time management skills
Work well both independently and as part of a team
