About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
n
You'll work closely with customers, insurers and workshop teams to coordinate repairs, provide updates and ensure every customer feels informed and supported throughout their repair journey.
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
n
Your Day Might Include
n

Welcoming and assisting customers
n
Managing customer enquiries and appointments
n
Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
n
Liaising with insurers and internal teams
n
Coordinating bookings and vehicle collections
n
Maintaining accurate customer records
n
Supporting the workshop to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, administration, insurance or claims
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A calm, professional and empathetic approach
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Confidence using computer systems
n
A genuine passion for helping people
n
n
Experience in motor claims, insurance, dealership administration or customer care will be highly regarded, however we also welcome applications from experienced customer service professionals with transferable skills.
