Insignia Financial is seeking a highly experienced Senior Case Manager for our Trustee Claims team in Australia.
You will oversee complex TPD, Income Protection, Death and Terminal Illness claims, providing technical leadership and formal determinations as an Authorised Trustee Delegate.
You will coach Claims Associates, review governance-aligned decisions, and work with insurers, legal teams and advisers to ensure fair, timely outcomes.
