BP plc is seeking a Retail People Relations Coordinator to join the ANZ Retail People Relations team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role delivers operational and administrative support across People Relations activities, ensuring processes, systems and records are accurate, productive and compliant.
You will work closely with Advisors, Managers and the O&A; team to support employee lifecycle activities, maintain key databases, manage shared inboxes and drive continuous improvement.
