Achieve Australia in Current South Wales is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centered support to people with a disability.
You will help clients set goals and live the life they choose, in a group home setting on a 6-month max term, working 56 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities include delivering respectful personal care, documenting care, assisting with transport, and advocating for clients.
