Personality
Fluency in English
Equivalent as 2yearswork as a full-time Barista working in a fast paced, high volume setting (12kg+daily)
Machine maintenance and grind adjustment
Highly organised and fast
Presentation and grooming to match ourcorporate environment
Visa for full working rights in Australia for 30+ hours orAustralian citizen
