Job Description
CSR is seeking an experienced and hands-on PM Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift at Wetherill Park.
You will guide a high-performing warehouse team, drive safety, efficiency and customer-focused service, and collaborate with Production, Inventory, Customer Service and Transport.
You'll champion process improvements, manage rosters, payroll administration and labour hire, and promote a culture of accountability, change readiness, and continuous improvement across shifts.
