Paxus is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Change & IT Service Management to strengthen IT change governance across a large Australian organisation.
You will drive change, manage governance, facilitate CAB, and collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure safe, effective changes.
The role requires 3+ years in BA or ITSM, robust ITIL Change Management, and hands-on ServiceNow experience.
