The Position
As Campus Principal, you will providestrategic,educationalandoperational leadership across all aspects of campus life, ensuring exceptional outcomes for students while fostering a culture ofexcellence,collaborationandcontinuous improvement.
Reporting within the regional leadership structure, you will lead a high-performing campus while contributing to broader organisational priorities across theOneSchoolGlobal network.
Increasingly, this role is best described as that of a systemleaderoperatingfroma campus, rather than simply the leader of a single school.

In this role you will be expected to:
Lead the overall strategicdirection,performanceandoperations of the campus.
Champion the School's Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles, fostering a high-trust, high-expectation culture.
Provide exceptional instructional leadership to drive excellence inteaching,learningandcurriculum delivery across Years 3 to 12.




Continue strengthening teaching quality and student outcomeswithinOneSchoolGlobal'sinnovative learning model.
Build leadership capability across teaching and professional staff, developing future leaders across the organisation.
Lead campus improvement initiatives that strengthen people,systemsand culture, creating sustainable improvement rather than leader-dependent success.
Use data,evidenceand strategic insight to improve student achievement,engagement,wellbeingandattendance.
Foster a culture ofaccountability,collaborationandcontinuous improvement.
Partner withcentral support functionsto effectively managebudgets,resourcesandworkforce planning.
Build trusted relationships with students, families,staffand broader stakeholders.
Balance campus priorities with regional and nationalstrategicobjectives.
Represent Sydney Campus as a flagship campus within thewiderOneSchoolGlobalnetwork, contributing toregional,nationalandglobal initiatives.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be an accomplished educational executive with substantial leadership experience within a school environment.
They willdemonstratea strongtrack recordof improving student outcomes, developing high-performing teams, leading organisational improvement and building cultures of excellence through people,systemsand strategic leadership.
You will also bring:
Significant executive leadership experience within a school or educational environment.
A proven ability to improve student outcomes through high-quality teaching and learning.
Demonstrated success leading organisational improvement through people,systemsand culture.
Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and building leadership capability in others.
Strongstrategic,operationalandfinancial leadership capability.
A successfultrack recordof leading through influence rather than hierarchy.
