You will oversee Employee Lifecycle, contracts, reporting, HR advisory, workforce planning and change initiatives across a large, multi-site CPG with 22,000+ staff.
The role requires senior leadership experience, collaboration, and a track record of delivering service excellence at scale, including digital and technology integration.
