In this role, you will:
Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, minutes and correspondence
Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting
Process accounts, manage petty cash and complete reconciliations
Arrange servicing and appropriate maintenance of fleet vehicles in line with agency policies
Coordinate office equipment, stationery and office systems.
