What You’ll Do
Deliver a broad range of tours independently and in collaboration with staff, in accordance with established activity guidelines. Tours may include, but are not limited to, school excursions, guided tours and experiences.
Welcome and engage with visitors, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Deliver tours to a range of audiences, including school groups, families, interstate visitors and international tourists.
Adapt tour delivery to suit different ages, group sizes and visitor needs.
Assist with preparing for and coordinating tours to ensure they run smoothly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with the team to provide high quality visitor experiences.
Support the day to day operations of the tourism experience when required.
