We are seeking a Team Leader Boat Builder / Shipwright.

Applicants to apply with relevant certificates and leadership experience.

You will supervise a team, actively share your expertise both on and off the tools, and report directly to the business owner.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of qualified boat builders and apprentices.
Work on a range of projects, from pleasure craft to luxury superyachts.
Handle all aspects of boat building, including composite materials, fiberglass, timber, power tools and boat plumbing.
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail.

A adaptable working week: choose between 4 or 5 days to suit your Lifestyle.

Projects based locally on site or in the Manly Marine precinct, a company car provided for work purposes, company phone and an attractive salary package.
