ECB Training Services is seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Manager in Altona, Victoria, on a part‐time basis. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, strengthening internal systems and ensuring ECB is audit-ready across Standards for RTOs and VET legislation.

You will oversee day‐to‐day compliance, conduct internal audits, monitor staff training records and collaborate with management, trainers and administration to implement practical compliance improvements.
