We're currently looking for a full-time Accountant or Bookkeeper who can work across a diverse portfolio of individuals, companies, trusts and other business structures, preparing compliance work.
This role would suit someone who is confident with BAS, bookkeeping, efficient, and has some experience working in public practice or a similar small-business setting.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and lodgingBASandIASacross a range of industries
Processing transactions and completingbank reconciliations
Assisting withtax returnandfinancial statement preparationfor companies, trusts and individuals
Supportingayroll/STPprocessing as needed
Communicating with theATOwhere required




Generaladminandclient supportincluding answering phones when required
Working acrossXero, XPM and Microsoft Officedaily
What We're Looking For
1–3 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (practice or commercial)
Comfortable handlingmultiple BASwith strong attention to detail
Experience usingXero/XPMpreferred (or a willingness to learn quickly)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A team player who works productively and can manage time independently
A basic knowledge of accounting concepts
Formal qualifications are not essential — practical experience and a great attitude matter more
