Blutec Waterproofing is seeking a skilled Waterproofing
Technician/Applicator
to join our team in Brisbane. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for applying high-quality waterproofing solutions to commercial and residential properties. The role requires working in office and contributing to the successful delivery of our waterproofing projects.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Preparing surfaces for waterproofing application
n
Applying waterproofing membranes, coatings and sealants according to manufacturer specifications
n
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
Troubleshooting and resolving any waterproofing-related issues that may arise
n
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
n
Participating in tool box talks and team meetings
n
Providing excellent customer service to clients
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience as a Waterproofing
Technician/Applicator,
with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the trade
n
Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, application techniques and building regulations
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
n
Physical fitness and dexterity to perform the required tasks
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Certification in waterproofing or relevant trade qualifications would be highly regarded
n
