What will you be doing?
n You'll be the friendly face and voice of the team,



helping customers while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day may include:

Answering calls and responding to emails
n
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
n
Booking hard waste collections
n
Managing residential bin maintenance requests
n
Assisting with dispute resolutionUpdating systems, records and data
n
Documenting and improving processes
n
Providing general admin support and helping with ad hoc projects
n
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident with customers

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
