A newly created Maintenance Manager position at a critical industrial processing site in Mickleham (on-site) is open.
This hands-on, standalone role will start with a small team in the future and reports to the General Manager, focusing on secure, reliable operations.
You will plan and execute preventative and reactive maintenance across plant and site infrastructure, lead compliance and risk controls, and collaborate with operations to lift performance while controlling costs.
