Urgent requirement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll(ECP) Functional Consultant - Contract - Australia / New Zealand

Requirements

Must Have
n
n
Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with New Zealand deployment experiences
n
Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
n
Employee Central Payroll Certification
n
Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
n
Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules
n
Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success
n
Payroll Integrations
n
Experience in configuring UI mashups
n
Experience in Payroll Control Center
n
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
n
Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects,



like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
n
Robust executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
n
Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
n
Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
n
Knowledge on EC module is an added advantage
n
Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
n
n
Good-to-Have
n
n
Knowledge in intelligent Services
n
Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
n
Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
n
n
Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
n
