Blue Care's Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead a grounds and gardening team. You'll oversee the maintenance of lawns, trees and shrubs, ensure a safe, pleasing environment for residents, staff and visitors, and contribute to a strong sense of place within the village.
