ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As an Executive Administrator, your key responsibilities include:
n
n
Work productively with students/clients, staff and business areas to effectively support Chisholm achieve its goals. This includes:n
n
Develop and maintain a broad and effective working relationship with peers, colleagues and staff across Chisholm
n
Practice open, honest and timely constructive feedback with your team
n
Adopt a team culture, look for and share opportunities to support others
n
Lead and facilitate understanding of Chisholm procedures, policies and vision.
n
n
Commit to pursuing cost effective outcomes and efficiency across all your operations
n
Understand and operate according to the defined business area budget
n
Take responsibility for cost management in your work and provide solutions/options that are cost neutral or mitigate costs to Chisholm
n
Apply the correct protocols for contacting Government departments regarding invitations and events and for meeting and greeting local and overseas guests to Chisholm
n
Be familiar with key Federal, State and Local officials and use correct titles and forms of address
n
Provide the Executive Director(s) with precise information in relation to events including date, time, venue, other attendees, cost, accommodation and travel arrangements
n
Maintain the Executive Director(s) diary to accommodate events and facilitate optimal use of time
n
Liaise with the Corporate Communications regarding the preparation of speeches and to maximise knowledge and expertise of promotions,
ensuring that arrangements include appropriate protocols
n
Coordinate the
Executive/Associate
Director(s) participation in and assist with internal and external events such as award ceremonies, expos, conferences, staff dinners/breakfasts and external client functions/events.
n
Act as the key contact person on behalf of the
Executive/Associate
Director(s)
n
Screen, respond, redirect, register all forms of communication on behalf of the
Executive/Associate
Director(s)
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrable current experience and capacity in providing high level executive support in a complex and demanding working setting.
n
Qualifications required for the role:
n
n
A relevant qualification at a minimum of Diploma level
n
n
