Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions across all avenues of our business. You'll be responsible for building talent pipelines, maintaining solid candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for casual and full-time employees.
n
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
n
Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.
n
Coordinate pre-employment checks, compliance requirements, and onboarding activities.
n
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR Manager.
n
Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.

About you
n
Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.
n
Experience recruiting for blue-collar or industrial-based positions is highly desirable.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
n
Proficiency with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
