Job Description
About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the service operations manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service activities, managing job costs and supporting the field operations team. This role requires a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to run service administration efficiently and accurately.
n
Ideal for someone with a strong background in HVAC, trades or service-based environments, who enjoys being the central point of coordination.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Set up, plan and coordinate service jobs and maintenance contracts
n
Schedule site access, parking and technician requirements
n
Manage job costs and ensure alignment with budgets
n
Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
n
Produce job reports, certificates and required documentation
n
Processing sales orders, counter sales, invoices and job variations in SimPRO
n
Identify service opportunities and pass leads to the sales team
n

What we're looking for
n
Experience & Knowledge
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a service coordination, administration, operations or similar role
n
SimPRO or similar experience is essential
n
Experience supporting a field-service, trades or maintenance team
n
Understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical aptitude is an advantage but not required
n
Strong customer service approach with clear, confident communication
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
n
Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Strong commercial awareness and experience working within budgets
n
Ability to work effectively with technicians, management and clients
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
