About the role
n
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an industry-experienced automotive professional to step into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, converting business leads into active job briefs, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building lasting client partnerships.
n
Duties
n
n
End-to-end (360) recruitment across automotive roles – full responsibility for all client and candidate interactions
n
Respond to job leads and enquiries and convert them into active briefs
n
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and candidates
n
Take a partnership-based approach, providing advice and recruitment support to our clients
n
Collaborate with advertising teams to create effective job advertisements
n




Work with candidate sourcing team on recruitment strategies and sourcing
n
Review, screen, interview, and present shortlisted candidates to clients
n
Manage inbound candidate enquiries via website and referrals
n
Maintainpost-placement contact to support retention
andminimizewarranty
work
n
n
Skills and experience
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
Automotive industry experience (technical or commercial)
n
Strong understanding of how automotive
businessesoperateand
generate profit
n
Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
n
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
n
Strong questioning and listening skills
n
Resilience — essential
n
Excellent time management and self-discipline
n
Honest, straightforward communication style
n
Commercial mindset and results focus
n
Recruitment experience (advantageousbut not essential)

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (no weekends)
