The Role
n
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic and motivated full-time Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to join our energetic team, located at our warehouse in Reservoir, Melbourne with an immediate start, working Monday-Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm). Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will support all warehouse functions - including stock movement, order preparation, and assisting the installation team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

As a District Warehouse & Delivery Assistant, you will:
n
Deliver & place orders to customers using the company vehicle,



both commercial & residential projects. Manually lifting furniture from truck.
n
Installation of workstations.
n
Assist with container loading and unloading.
n
Pick and pack stock for customer orders.
n
Prepare orders for weekly interstate transfers. Pick, palletise and wrap stock safely for transport.
n
Conduct quality checks on product.
n
Receive and store stock in designated locations.
n
Assist with stock take.
n
Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance.
n
Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company operating procedures whilst adhering to all the Company's Work Health & Safety Legislation.
n
You will have:
n
ValidDriver's
Licence(essential).
n
Forklift ticket(essential) - licence held for at least 12 months.
n
Working at Heights Licence.
n
Physically fit due to repeated lifting of heavy furniture.
n
Self-motivated, and able to work independently.
n
Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance record.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
Solid computer literacy.
n
Proficient with hand & power tools.
n
Customer delivery experience.
n
Ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction.
n
Must have validworking rights in Australia.
n
Construction White Card.
n
Prior experience in a similar role.
n
Workstation knowledge is preferable.
