NRMA is hiring an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for members looking to purchase, enquire about, or amend their Roadside Assistance membership. You will engage with customers, identify needs, and offer solutions while delivering a positive and supportive experience.
This full time role (35 hours/week) operates in a hybrid setup, with remote work and occasional presence at our Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices.
