Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage on your own small portfolio of just 50 properties
n
Portfolios are capped at ******* properties
n
Conduct routine inspections
n
Prepare forms and other admin duties
n
Entry and exit condition reports
n
Maintenance and repairs
n
Perfect for a Property Manager wanting a small but growing portfolio, or an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant looking to step up!

Skills and experience required for the role:
n
n
Ideally 6-12 months of experience in a similar role
n
VIC Agents Rep
n
Avalid driver's license
n
Solid communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
n
