The Position/Role:
n
We would like to build a long-term relationship with a professional bookkeeper to work with our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality and be able to work independently. This position requires a skilled multi-tasker, who is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager the successful candidate will be fully responsible for the following tasks:

Recording of all financial transactions of the business in MYOB and Excel.
n
Accounts Receivable;
n
Accounts Payable;
n
Maintaining Debtor Control.
n
Processing bank/credit card reconciliations.
n
Checking figures and reporting for accuracy.
n
Reporting any irregularities in data to management.
n
Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents.
n
Maintaining accurate files
n
n
The Criteria:




n
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in Bookkeeping using MYOB.
n
knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
n
n
Your Profile:
n
To be successful in this role, you will have minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Bookkeeping role using MYOB
n
You:
n
n
will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and complete all tasks with accuracy;
n
will be expected to interact with both management and external customers, hence effective communication and rapport building skills are essential as well as excellent spoken and written English;
n
will have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
n
must be motivated, able to manage own workload and work unsupervised.
n
