About the Firm Join a progressive and established accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. This is a 2 partner, 35 staff practice, offering a collaborative and supportive environment with a clear path to partnership.

The Role This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting qualified looking to take the next step in their career. You will manage a fee base of $1 million and lead a team of 5 staff, working closely with the partners to drive the growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of $1 million in fees across a diverse client base
n
Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 staff
n
Provide high-level accounting, tax and advisory services to SME and HNWI clients
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n




Work closely with the partners on the strategic direction of the firm
n
Contribute to business development and practice growth
n
n
About You
n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in public practice
n
Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
n
Strong technical knowledge across tax and advisory services
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
Partnership ambition and a commercial mindset
n
