Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Allied Health team. You will deliver diverse social work services across acute, sub-acute and community settings, with a focus on crisis support, psychosocial assessments, discharge planning and advocacy for patients and families.
