As a Medical Administrator at Therapies for Kids, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of our dedicated paediatric therapy practice. These roles are based in Sydney's Inner West and offer the prospect to be part of a collaborative team making a positive difference for children and their families.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage client scheduling, maintain comprehensive medical records, and liaise with the clinical team
n
Process NDIS and HICAPS claims
n
Ensure data integrity across the practice management software
n
Follow up on outstanding invoices
n
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, addressing queries and concerns in a compassionate manner
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of office procedures and policies
n
About you
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role, preferably in a paediatric or allied health setting
n
NDIS knowledge highly desirable
n




Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
n
Proficiency in using practice management software and electronic medical record systems
n
Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processing procedures
n
A genuine interest in supporting the health and wellbeing of children
n
Flexibility between 8am and 6pm
