Melba Support Services in Victoria is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-led support to people with disability, enabling meaningful, self-directed lives in line with individual plans and Melba's values.
You'll assist with daily living, promote independence and dignity, support community participation, and work with families and service providers to ensure coordinated care. A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is required, along with NDIS screening checks where applicable.
