About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar within the construction industry, with a robust track record of successfully delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
n
Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion
n
Trade Qualified
n
Project experience across Government, Social housing, Defence, Recreation or Education.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage site team
n
