Your New Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Liaising with customers via phone and email
n
Log and update all information in the system correctly
n
Processing customer orders in a timely manner
n
Reviewing customer files to ensure that nothing has been missed
n
Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About you:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Administration
n
A robust understanding of SAP or similar CRM
n
Ability to work as part of a team
