Interlink Technology Services pty ltd RTO ***** is seeking a Senior Trainer and Assessor to deliver high quality project management training to Defence sector personnel and Defence aligned organisations. You will have a blend of deep project management expertise, Defence experience, and vocational education capability to uplift capability across complex, high stakes environments. You will be a highly professional self starter, who is passionate about the project management discipline.

This role provides a great opportunity to deliver high quality training online from your home office and face to face across Australia.

Key responsibilities
n
You will be required to
n
n
Deliver accredited and non accredited project management training to Defence and Defence industry participants
n
Facilitate workshops, simulations, and practical project management exercises
n
Provide coaching, mentoring, and assessment support to learners
n
Deliver online training using professional virtual facilitation tools and methods
n
Develop, refine, and contextualise training materials for Defence environments
n
Conduct assessments in line with TAE and RTO requirements
n
Maintain compliance with national training standards and Defence training protocols




n
Apply real world project management experience to training delivery
n
Provide insights into Defence project environments, governance, risk, and stakeholder management
n
Liaise with Defence clients, training managers, and program leads
n

About you
n
You will have
n
n
A minimum of 10 years' project management experience working in complex Defence related environments (ADF, Defence APS, Defence industry, or Defence projects) in capability lifecycle, acquisition, logistics, ICT, or infrastructure projects.
n
TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) qualifications and experience delivering training within RTOs or Defence training systems
n
Project management certifications through APM, PMI, IPMA, AFPM, or AIPM RegPM supported by your qualifications in Project Management and Project Controls
n
A robust understanding of governance, risk, scheduling, and stakeholder management and the ability to contextualise training for Defence culture, tempo, and operational requirements
n
NV1 security clearance (or will be able to easily obtain this clearance).
