ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls for large-scale projects in Melbourne.

ABOUT YOU

Extensive background in piling, with expertise across a wide range of foundation techniques.
n
Demonstrated experience in modern piling methods and ground engineering.
n
Skilled in preparing engineering documentation, site reports, and technical records.
n
Strong team player with proven ability to lead, coordinate, and drive projects to successful completion.
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Work closely with engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure project plans are implemented accurately.
n
Confirm that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality requirements, and industry standards.
n
Oversee the installation of temporary works, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols.
n
Develop and update short-term programs to support efficient project execution.
n
Prepare method statements and risk assessments as required.
n




Monitor, record, and report on variations and additional works for inclusion in monthly valuations.
n
Maintain a comprehensive site diary with accurate and timely records of daily project activities.
n
Ensure all project reports and documentation are properly organized and securely archived.
n

REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Minimum of 8 years' postgraduate experience in civil engineering.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering.
n
Previous experience within the Australian or New Zealand construction industry.
n
Strong technical background in self-performing piling and ground engineering.
n
In-depth understanding and proven application of civil engineering principles.
n
