About the Role
Join a commercial business development team based at our client's Alexandria office in Sydney. You will play a key role in managing the full bid life cycle from pre-qualification through to post-submission activities. As a vital member of the bid writing team, you will craft clear, persuasive written submissions that help secure recent business. We're seeking an experienced writer with a passion for delivering winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret tender requirements to prepare and submit compelling tender proposals within deadlines
Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and contribute to bid strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external partners
Ensure strict compliance with established tender administration procedures
Participate in weekly Work In Progress (WIP) and project strategy meetings as required

Skills & Experience
Proven writing skills, ideally with some bid writing experience (not essential)
Background in sales or marketing writing,



with the ability to influence through compelling content
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Relationship builder who takes accountability and is results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
