The position is based in the Central Coast with an office in Erina. Full-time and part-time options available with flexibility in start date.

What you will be doing:
n
n
Diverse caseload of elderly and NDIS clients
n
Office, WFH and community working with your caseload created around your home location
n
Evidence-based assessment and therapy for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
n
Liaising with other team members and external stakeholders
n
n
Why this role:
n
n
Earn between $80,000 - $110,000 + super
n
Work collaboratively with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
n




Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
n
Structured shadowing and induction period
n
Mentoring either weekly or fortnightly with an Experienced Speech Pathologist
n
Phone and Laptop provided
n
Access to pool cars for full time team members
n
Ongoing support with an approachable and supportive management team

No billable targets with a focus on quality therapy!

Requirements/Skills
n

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Drivers licence
