Swan Hill District Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the aged care team at Jacaranda Lodge in Swan Hill, Victoria. This is a contract position commencing as soon as possible and running through to 30 August ****, offering an immediate prospect to make a real difference in the lives of older adults in a supportive healthcare setting. Preferred Requirements

Demonstrated experience working in aged care settings
n
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills specific to older populations
n
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents
n
Flexibility and reliability in a contract role with a defined end date
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
n
Qualification or demonstrated competency in aged care nursing
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
