Role Overview
n
Seeking an experienced Security Architect to design and govern secure enterprise solutions, provide security architecture leadership, and ensure solution architectures align with security policies, standards, principles, and business objectives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Define and govern secure solution architectures, ensuring alignment with security policies, standards, patterns, principles, and risk frameworks.
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, engineers, vendors, and delivery teams to embed appropriate security controls across solutions.
n
Develop reusable security architecture patterns, standards, guidelines, requirements, HLDs, risk assessments, and solution impact assessments.
n
Act as a Security SME and trusted advisor, communicating security risks and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
n
Lead complex security initiatives, assess emerging technologies, support security strategy and roadmaps, and mentor Security Architects.
n

Required Skills & Experience




n
n
8+ years' experience delivering complex security solutions, security requirements, controls, and threat/risk assessments.
n
Robust experience in enterprise security architecture, solution architecture, and technology strategy.
n
Experience with IT systems planning, technical architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and RESTful architectures.
n
Strong knowledge of security controls, risk management, cloud security, and emerging technologies, including Agentic AI security.
n
Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and designing secure cloud-based solutions.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
n
Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, SABSA, CCSP, CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or COBIT are highly desirable.
