Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP)
n
Proven grill station experience (steakhouse or similar preferred)
n
Strong work ethic, natural leadership, and calm, professional presence in the kitchen
n
Passion for food, flavour, and consistency
n
Collaborative, team-first mindset
n
Classically trained
n
