About the role
n
As a Cook or Chef, you will play an integral role in delivering consistently high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation and kitchen operations.
n
You will:
n
n
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
n
Work with premium steaks, fresh seafood and seasonal produce.
n
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with legislative requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
n
Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising waste.
n
Contribute to a positive and skilled kitchen culture.
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone with previous experience as a Cook or Chef who has a genuine passion for creating quality food. You'll be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n




Previous experience working as a Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen.
n
The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
n
A strong focus on food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
n
The ability to work effectively within a team.
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts as required.
n
Availability to work a variety of shifts across seven days, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
n
Full Australian working rights.
